Once a cashback claim is submitted, it is processed within 2 business days. You can check the status of your claims in the "My Purchases" section.
If there is an issue with your request (product not found , invalid retailer , missing info...) you will be contacted by email and you will then have the opportunity to upload more pictures, if needed. Please make sure you check your spam or junk folder since it may go there.
