If the product scanned does not match any of the available offers, please check the following:
- Is there is another barcode on the product?
- If there are multiple barcodes next to each other try to cover one while scanning the other, and vice versa.
- If the product is a pack, be sure to scan the barcode of the pack, not individual products in the pack.
- Check if the offer description matches the quantity, size, and flavors of the product scanned.
- If no offers are matched but you feel the product matches the offer details, please contact customer support via Help>Contact Us within the app.
