You have found one or more offers in the app and want to claim your cashback? It's really simple :

 

1. To claim a cashback, simply buy one or more eligible product(s) at any store or online and keep your receipt

2. Click on the piggy bank icon at the bottom of the screen, select the button ‘Request my cashback’ and follow the steps. You will be asked to take a picture of your receipt and scan the product(s) barcode(s). You can scan multiple items in one go, even if they are on the same receipt.

3. Your cashback request will be processed within 48hrs on average and payment will be sent automatically to your chosen payment method in 3 working days.

 

If you have not yet set up your payment method, go to your profile and chose between bank account or Paypal to receive your first cashback.

Please hold onto your receipt until your cashback claim has been approved!
