You have found one or more offers in the app and want to claim your cashback? It's really simple :
1. To claim your cashback, buy one or more eligible product(s) at any store or online and keep your receipt.
2. Click on the piggy bank icon at the bottom of the screen and follow the steps. You will be asked to take a picture of your receipt and scan the product(s) barcode(s). You can scan multiple items in one go, even if they are on the same receipt.
3. Your cashback request will be processed within 48 hours on average, and the cashback amount will be added to your Shopmium balance. From your profile, choose a payment method (bank account or PayPal) to withdraw your cashback once your balance reaches £10. Please hold onto your receipt until your cashback claim has been approved!
